Once your payment and answers to our online trademark questionnaire are received, an experienced trademark attorney and his team in our firm will review your answers for any inconsistencies, incompleteness or clarifications that may be needed in order to comply with U.S. trademark law.

We prepare and file your Trademark Application

After filing your trademark application with USPTO, we will send you filing confirmation by email, including a USPTO issued serial number of your trademark application.
